Admittedly, you're not going to get paid a whole lot, but a few dollars here and there can come in handy. And it's paid to your paypal account, with no fees charged to you.

A lot of these sites have the same offers, and it's against each site's terms to do an offer on more than one site, or you could be banned. Registration is also limited to one per household - so if you and your roommate or significant other each want to register, you could end up banned, because your ip address will give you away.

When registering, it's important to use your real phone number - I use my cell number because it's a pay as you go phone which I keep turned off 95% of the time. The reason it's important to register with your actual phone number is because in order to be verified, they need to call you at the number you've used when registering. If you're not verified, they won't pay you. And if you can't receive calls at the number you used to register, you won't get verified, you won't get paid, and you could get banned. You only need to do the verification process once for each site.

The verification process is all automated - you never talk to a real person - their automated system calls you and then you leave a voicemail with the requested information, and a day or two later you get verified, and can then request a paypal payment for any money in your account.
